All submissions are required to comply strictly with the following guidelines:
- Authors are required to submit an electronic version of the manuscript in MS-Word, with font type of Times New Roman, font size of 12, typed 1.5 line spacing and restricted to maximum of 15 pages including references and appendices.
- The cover page should be separate from the manuscript text and should contain the title of the manuscript, author(s) full name(s) with surname coming last in CAPS and affiliation(s), contact address (including functional e-mail and telephone numbers). Manuscript should indicate the correspondent author in case of multiple authors. The manuscript text should start with the abstract and introduction and should be separate from the cover page. However, both the cover page and the manuscript text should be saved in one single file of word document.
- Abstract should not be more than 250 words showing clearly, the purpose, methods, findings conclusion and recommendations. The abstract should be written in simple language devoid of any technical or statistical indices. The abstract should include five (5) key words and the relevant JEL classifications
- The manuscript should be divided into five (5) distinct sections as follows: (1) Introduction, (2) Literature Review, (3) Methodology, (4) Results and Discussion, and (5) Conclusion and recommendations.
- Conclusion should be made up of the actual conclusion while recommendations or policy implications, to be listed out, should derive from specific findings.
- In-text Citations and References must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition). References should be typed single line spacing within a reference, and double line spacing between references.
- Copyright: Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials from other sources and are required to sign an agreement for the transfer of copyright to the publisher. All accepted manuscripts become the property of the publisher. Furthermore, the Turnitin software will be used to check for level of plagiarism. Plagiarism score for articles to be published in the AJOSMAS must not exceed 20%.

Publication Procedure
For a paper to get published in AJOSMAS, it must pass through and succeed at the following stages:
- Paper submitted using the submission link.
- Submission acknowledged.
- Submission checked in line with authors guidelines.
- Authors are requested to pay review fee for successful submission.
- Successful submission sent for peer review.
- Peer review response sent to the authors.
- For accepted papers, authors are requested to revise their papers in line with reviewers’ comments while the process ends for rejected papers.
- Authors submit revised papers for consideration.
- Revised papers sent to secondary reviewers for vetting.
- Successful papers sent for plagiarism test while papers that are yet to fully comply with reviewers comments are sent back to authors for further action.
- Acceptance letter issued for papers that pass the plagiarism test and authors are asked to pay the publication fee.
- Final paper processed for publication online and/or hard copy based on authors demands.
- 13. Authors notified of their published papers.
